In "Terrifier 2", a teenage girl finds herself stalked by a sinister, sadistic serial killer.
I really enjoyed this movie. As you probably know, if you've browsed this site, I'm a sucker for practical gore effects, and "Terrifier 2" sure delivers on that front! While not the goriest thing I've ever seen, it was certainly the goriest thing I've seen shown in a theater. People around me were shocked.
Now, the plot is definitely odd. It's a bit confusing, and all over the place, and I was not expecting it to get so surreal. But it actually didn't bother me much. I liked how weird they got with it. And I think it was a good idea to go in a more supernatural direction, honestly, I find Art better as some sort of unexplained entity than as a normal human serial killer. Also, they put Boy Harsher in the soundtrack, so overall a win for me.
If you don't mind suspending your disbelief and going along for the ride, I think you'll have fun with this one!
